Additional Information
- We only accept payments by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
- A 50% rental deposit is required to officially secure your reservation.
- All events require a refundable damage deposit of $500. The damage deposit will be returned to the Renter on the next business day, providing there is no damage to the venue and all rental policies have been followed.
- Events that occur after 6 pm include security officers. These fees are included in the total venue rental rates.
** Events can last until 4 am. Inquire about extended hours.
** Rental fees are subject to change without notification.
** Additional surcharges apply for events with live bands.
Please note that M Lounge Events is for private events only. As such, there is to be absolutely no mention of scheduled events or M Lounge in any public social media outlet. Should it come to our attention that an event has been posted in any public medium or internet-based outlet to advertise the event, M Lounge will immediately cancel said event and all deposits received will be forfeited.
